A 50% nonrefundable deposit is due the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days before the event and is nonrefundable. Refunds are allowed only in the event of a donkey illness, inclement weather, or poor road conditions. Events outside of the Dripping Springs area will require a travel fee.
